R&B Singer Lil Mo host this year’s Sonny The Host Show

PHILADELPHIA, PA – M.E. Entertainment the creators of the The “SonnyTheHost Show” are taking no breaks when it comes to bringing the community together for a good night of laughter. Founded by Germantown native Vincent M. Wood who found a passion to help others at a young age decided it was time to bring that to fruition. With both feet planted and ready to go, on November 19th The “SonnyTheHost Show celebrates year two which will be held at 2300 Area located at 2300 S. Swanson St, Philadelphia, PA 19148 from 5p to 8pm.

Continuing the momentum of last year’s sold out sensation “The SonnyTheHost Show” pays homage to the great variety shows such as “The Flip Wilson Show” and “Carol Burnett Show” by acknowledging similarity in skit presentation. Adding his flare, Wood did not need to look far to achieve his goal. Having a huge connection with the music and entertainment community he reached out to performers in the tri-state area. This contemporary and eclectic mix of exuberating performers has set the bar high topping last year.

This year’s roster of talented artists are Keon Wolf, David Lyve, Zeek Burse, Janee Latrice, Jeremy Isaac, Topp Flight, Antony Hall, Chris Cotton, William Sankofa, Quad Stroll 17, DJB, Sap Sounds, Jakeya, VIVID with special guest R&B recording artist Lil Mo.

Joy Ministries, a non-profit youth organization in Philadelphia and “The SonnyTheHost Show” have found a creative way to get The City of Philadelphia students involved with this year’s production. BETTER STEP FOR THE FUTURE (B.S.F.T.F) is a music and stage production learning program that allows high school students to earn school credit while working on various entertainment productions throughout the school year.
