Nick Cannon will be spending this Christmas in a hospital bed.
The actor shared a photo of himself hooked up to a machine in the hospital on Thursday, informing fans he would be there through Christmas due to complications from Lupus disease.
“For all who have been trying to contact me the last few days this is where I’ve been. And I will be in the Hospital through Christmas,” he wrote on Instagram. “All good though, Doctors say I will be back to normal before the New Year. #LupusSucks #ncredible #warrior.”
The 36-year-old “America’s Got Talent” host was diagnosed with Lupus five years ago after suffering kidney failure.
He was hospitalized most recently in July due to exhaustion.
Cannon’s twin children, Monroe and Morrocan, will be spending the holidays with their mother, Mariah Carey, in a $22 million Airbnb in Aspen along with the “Dreamlover” singer’s new boyfriend Bryan Tanaka, Us Weekly reports.
Cannon celebrated Christmas with his children last week as evident in several videos he shared to Instagram.
The “If I Was Your Man” rapper decorated a Christmas tree with his twins and showed off the kids’ massive candy room.
