David Otunga might be the best uncle ever.
The attorney-turned-WWE star helped his niece, Kylee, obtain a life-saving heart transplant, The Blast reported Wednesday.
Kylee, 24, has been battling an unspecified but reportedly rare illness that caused congestive heart failure, and prior to her transplant, required a continuous IV and machines to survive. Her condition was so dire that once she was put on a heart transplant list, she was put at the top.
On Tuesday, Otunga, 37, revealed on Instagram that Kylee’s transplant surgeries were successful.
Kylee is reportedly walking again and recovering beautifully.
The Blast reports that Kylee will move into Otunga’s new house as she continues her recovery.
In November 2017, Otunga rented out a movie theater for Kylee and had it sanitized so she could see “Boo 2: A Madea Halloween” when she was discharged from the hospital.
