LI’ANGELO BALL, UCLA PLAYERS SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY FOR CHINA SHOPLIFTING ARREST

Days following the release of Li’Angelo Ball, Cody Riley, and Jalen Hill from their extended stay in China due to their shoplifting arrest, UCLA announced the players are suspended indefinitely.

ESPN reports the school doesn’t think the players are not able to play, suit up, and travel with the team as apart of their suspension. The team’s coach, Steve Alford, said:

These are good men who have exercised an inexcusable lapse of judgment, and now they have to live with that.

The three players have since apologized on Wednesday for their childish mistake. Li’Angelo particularly said, “This does not define who I am. My family raised me better than that.”
