The actors were spotted having a romantic dinner in South Beach over New Year’s weekend, sources told Us Weekly.
While the pair have been trying to keep their romance private, they were seen publicly getting close and holding hands next to the pool at SoHo House Miami in the wee hours of the morning after ringing in the New Year.
Just last month, Holmes celebrated her 38th birthday with Foxx and her 10-year-old daughter, Suri Cruise by her side in an extravagant Cabo San Lucas getaway.
According to Us, the Oscar-winning entertainer swept his girl off her feet as he treated her to one of the most private suites at the luxe Las Ventanas al Paraíso resort.
“They wanted to be very discreet and had everything delivered to their room and taken care of by a personal butler,” a source told the magazine.
